Job Title: Avionics Project Engineer — Integrated Product Team Lead & Control Account Manager

Location: Littleton, CO (in‑person, 9x80 schedule)

• Manage Microsoft projects, including stakeholder engagement, resource optimization, communication, and quality control.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial KPIs for month‑end activities (SPI, CPI, ETC, EAC, BAC, variance updates).
• Conduct thorough reviews of contractual documents such as SOW, technical specifications, RFPs, and change orders to ensure scope compliance and adequacy.
• Deliver weekly verbal and written status reports, highlighting project milestones and progress.
• Manage cross‑functional discipline through full project lifecycle management, from proposal phase to delivery.
• Proactively address supply chain challenges by implementing strategic solutions.
• Coordinate weekly execution meetings with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to promote collaborative partnerships.

• Experience in avionics project management.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• U.S. citizenship (required for access to Export Controlled Information).
• Experience in Control Account Management (CAM) and Integrated Product Team leadership.

• Highly proficient in managing Microsoft projects, stakeholder engagement, resource optimization, communication, and quality control.
• Proficient in Earned Value methods; manage project budgets and monitor expenses.
• Experience with contractual documents (SOW, technical specifications, RFPs, change orders).
