We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics activities within our fast-paced additive manufacturing operation. This role requires a collaborative leader who can translate customer demand into executable plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and balance customer delivery, operational efficiency, and inventory performance. Success in this position requires the ability to work effectively in an environment that is not always well-defined

This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

- Lead, develop, and mentor the planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and build preparation teams.
- Establish department objectives aligned with business strategy and customer commitments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Manage departmental performance through KPIs, coaching, and employee development.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and business objectives.
- Analyze customer demand, forecasts, backlog, and market trends to develop executable supply plans.
- Present capacity scenarios and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinate plant planning activities with global supply chain and commercial teams.
- Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and material availability.
- Develop short- and long-term production plans that maximize throughput and customer service.
- Balance production priorities, equipment utilization, labor resources, and inventory investment.
- Monitor schedule adherence and proactively resolve capacity constraints.
- Manage Build/File Prep team, driving improvement and integration of the different planning processes with the Build/File prep process
- Develop inventory strategies that balance service levels, working capital, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure material availability through effective supplier management and purchasing activities.
- Monitor supplier performance, inventory accuracy, and logistics execution.
- Drive improvements in inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping performance.
