This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

• Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies for marketing, digital sales, and related categories
• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, delivering measurable cost optimization and performance improvements
• Negotiate and manage complex supplier contracts, balancing speed-to-market with long-term business and legal considerations
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Business Units, Legal, and Finance to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals
• Analyze spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic advantages
• Present data-driven supplier recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Standardize sourcing processes to ensure compliance, ethical practices, and scalability
• Leverage AI-driven procurement tools and analytics platforms to support proactive, strategic sourcing decisions.

• Strong expertise in marketing sourcing, including agency, media, and creative services procurement
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and influence stakeholders in high-risk or high-value scenarios
• Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting spend data and driving optimization strategies
• Experience collaborating with legal teams on contract drafting and refinement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible supplier management
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in procurement and sourcing
• Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related discipline

Pay Range*: $55-$60 per hour
