Job Description

Join our team as an HVAC Technician
! You will be responsible for maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our beautiful campus. Your work will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe place to call home.

$26.00 - $29.00 per hour

• Perform light maintenance of all heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Inspect, monitor, and evaluate efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to implement all plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
