Job Description:- Ensures compliance with healthcare, federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities. Inspects and repairs various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
- Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations. Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
- Manages inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for necessary repairs. Provides training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of maintenance staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Pay Range:$21.80 - $40.55
