The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Guaranteed 40 hours for first 90 days

We offer competitive compensation that is commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, flat rate in the range of $39.39 - $52.52 USD hourly.

Paid Offsite Training
- We pay 8 hours per day for offsite training and offer paid training for online courses. Clear Dispatch System - electronic dispatch system. Yearly compensation review

Technician Development Advisor
- In addition to your direct Managers, we provide an industry first, Technician Development Advisor. In addition to providing an additional layer of support, their role was designed to help get you to your professional goals faster and with more transparency.

Schedule
- Technicians are scheduled 8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience
• Technical Auto training or Land Rover certifications, ASEs are a plus
• Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements
