  • Define scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices for the company, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all project schedules.
  • Utilize advanced scheduling techniques (Critical Path Method, resource leveling, etc.) to identify and resolve critical path conflicts, delays, and schedule variances.
  • Conduct "what‑if" scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of potential project changes, resource limitations, and material shortages on overall project timelines and key milestones.
Resource & Capacity Management (Staffing)
  • Determine and forecast short‑term and long‑term staffing needs (Engineers, Programmers, Technicians, Installers, Project Managers, shipping, UI, UI+, Panel Fabrication) by analyzing resource‑loaded schedules across all projects.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Department Managers to effectively level resources and resolve competition for specialized technical labor.
  • Provide management with predictive analytics on resource capacity constraints and recommend strategies for hiring, training, or subcontracting.
