Salary: $30 - $35 per hour (depending on experience)
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC WAREHOUSE MANAGERAs our HVAC Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing materials and equipment, always keeping efficiency and organization in mind. Your day will begin by tracking inventory levels using technology, automating the process as much as possible, and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy. You will receive and verify incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and report any issues promptly.
As you pick, stage, and prepare parts for technicians and installation crews, you will communicate with management about material availability and the status of pending orders. You will maintain a clean and safe warehouse, design controls to prevent shrinkage, optimize bin locations, and manage returns to supply houses. You’ll run parts to job sites as needed, handle uniform management, coordinate with the vehicle fleet manager, and take on any additional tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience tracking inventory levels using technology and conducting cycle counts
- Experience running parts to job sites and managing employee uniforms
- Ability to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing materials and equipment
- Strong skill in labeling, storing, and organizing materials, tools, parts, and equipment efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and premises
- Sense of urgency, attention to detail, trustworthiness, and self-motivation
- Strong communication skills and technological savvy
