We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of warehouse operations. This role will lead a team of supervisors and associates, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Align warehouse operations with company goals and customer requirements
• Supervise and train warehouse and stockroom staff
• Monitor receiving, picking, inventory, and shipping activities
• Implement cost control measures and operational policies
• Oversee daily cycle counts and approve inventory adjustments
• Identify finished goods ready for shipment and ensure timely kit pulls for production
• Manage shrinkage tracking and reporting
• Prepare monthly warehouse operating reports
• Create and maintain Kanban systems for stocked items
• Maintain consignment inventory and ensure accurate tracking
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Adhere to standard operating procedures

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS, and inventory management
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience
• Prior experience in contract manufacturing or distribution environments
• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $48.07/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Centennial, CO.
