Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

The Utility Scale Solar Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale solar (and solar + storage) projects from notice to proceed (NTP) through commercial operation (COD). This role manages schedule, budget, safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Manage utility-scale solar projects from NTP through COD and final turnover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, and HSE
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, EPC partners, subcontractors, and utilities
• Manage contract compliance, scope changes, and change orders
• Track project costs, forecasts, and cash flow; manage risk and mitigation strategies
• Oversee procurement and logistics of major equipment (modules, inverters, racking, transformers, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, permits, interconnection requirements, and applicable codes
• Support site mobilization, construction sequencing, and commissioning activities
• Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and executive updates
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all project phases
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation
