Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing global Informed Consent Form (ICF) team, ensuring quality and compliance Own the end-to-end ICF development process, driving improvements in quality and standardization Provide strategic leadership for ICF planning, resourcing, and execution across the pipeline
Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience, or equivalent experience with lower degrees Minimum of 2 years' experience managing people or leading teams/projects 5 years' work experience in life sciences or a medically related field preferred
Experience with managing data collection and oversight with external vendors Experience in patient centricity and/or Informed Consent Development preferred
