This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
ResponsibilitiesWe will optimize schedules and align templates to enhance provider productivity and clinic efficiency. We will collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate eligibility verification, authorizations, and documentation, preventing revenue cycle issues. We will also monitor performance trends, provide feedback, lead daily huddles, conduct weekly one-on-ones, and guide monthly metric reviews to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- At least 2+ years of experience as a clinic manager
- Experience in healthcare management is a plus
- Must have the ability to pass a background check
