Work Schedule:

Part Time, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Job Summary:

We are seeking a flexible and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Primary Care Specialty Float Pool in the south region. This role supports approximately 15 primary care clinics, offering a unique opportunity to work with a variety of teams while making a meaningful impact across multiple communities.

As a float RN, you'll provide consistent, high-quality nursing support at clinics ranging from Monument to Fountain, including Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, adaptability, and building strong connections with diverse care teams.

The schedule includes two 8-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week, with Monday and Friday availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical nursing support within primary care medical office settings
  • Float between assigned clinics to meet staffing and patient care needs
  • Perform patient assessments, care coordination, and clinical support per scope of practice
  • Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support patient education, care planning, and follow-up
  • Accurately document patient care and communications in the electronic medical record
  • Adapt quickly to different clinic workflows while maintaining a calm, patient-centered approach
Requirements:
  • Minimum Required

    Education:

    Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Required

    Licensure/Certification :
    State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level.

    Minimum Experience:

    6 months of nursing experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
