Work ScheduleFull Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights.
Pay$35.29 - $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least 6 months of ICU nursing experience (RN) or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) with valid cards; cards must be good through 60 days of hire.
- Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Apply a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency by precepting new team members and fostering a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Deliver direct care in a technically complex ICU environment, applying AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards.
- Participate in individualized specialty education and training as guided by Clinical Educators during orientation.
