- Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
- Shift: Days
- Pay: $60.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
- LOCAL RN Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles
- Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity.
- Provides direct care for dialysis including patient assessment throughout treatment and the management of dialysis equipment and supplies.
- Conducts patient assessments, monitors vital signs, and documents findings during dialysis sessions.
- Follows evidence‑based care models and adheres to AMSN’s and CDN’s core curriculum and specialty certification standards.
- Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Performs tasks in small, personal ways through human connection.
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges required.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis equipment and supplies.
- Experience in acute care and dialysis settings preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
