LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Base wages: $31.00–$36.01 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials of $2–$6 per hour. 12-hour shifts, 6:30–6:30.

We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned healthcare leader with more than 200 locations across the U.S. We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of professionals. The role involves delivering quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

The LPN will monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions and, daily, assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients in a knowledgeable and competent manner
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
