- Deliver direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or operating room levels of care.
- Apply the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Precept new staff and contribute to competency validation during clinical orientation.

- Maintain all required certifications, including AORN and ABPANC core curriculum standards.
