Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
The LPN will monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, and offer clinical supervision to CNAs. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate nursing care aimed at maintaining or improving patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with laws and standards.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Preferred:
One year of skilled nursing experience - CPR certification upon hire and maintained during employment
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Deliver competent and compassionate nursing care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and positive attitude
