Location & Shift
Full time, Night shift (United States of America). 7700 S Broadway, Littleton, Colorado 80122.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, and regularly evaluate and revise them as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Ability to work as a team player within a unit.
- Effective verbal and oral communication and problem‑solving skills.
- EKG interpretation skills (based on patient; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements).
- Fluency in English (read, verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills – ability to navigate Microsoft Windows‑based programs.
- High level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise plans of care according to outcomes.
- Associate's of Nursing (required).
- Bachelor's of Nursing (preferred).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) (required).
1+ year acute care hospital setting (preferred).
Physical RequirementsPhysical Requirements:
Pay Range$34.26 – $59.24 per hour.
