Licensed Practical Nurse DAYS Part-Time $33.28-$39.45

Responsible for organizing, directing and implementing resident care in accordance with the company standards and as required by State and Federal regulations.

Essential duties include attending Resident Care conferences, maintaining Resident Care Plans, preparing and administering medications, documenting patient care issues, recognizing and identifying signs and symptoms, supervising ancillary personnel, and other duties as assigned.

Basic qualifications and experience include a Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license, 1-year experience in a long-term care facility, 1-year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff, IV Certification, computer word processing and database experience, and excellent customer service skills.

Working conditions and physical requirements include moderate physical effort, possible exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases, and frequent interruptions and interactions with residents, family members, and visitors.
