Life Care Center of Littleton is seeking an LPN MDS Nurse to complete MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans in line with CMS RAI and Life Care standards. The role supports an on-site nursing team in a post-acute setting.
The position requires an accredited LPN program, active LPN license, CPR certification, and two years of nursing experience (geriatric preferred). Full-time, day shift, with hourly pay between $33 and $37.
