Shift: Nights

Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience. Night Shift Incentive Program adds $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) to full‑time night shift RN and LPN salaries.

This role is an onsite night shift RN position within the Surgery department of the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. It requires direct patient care on specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.

• Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Value and promote a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Prioritize patient wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff and fostering innovation in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Apply AMSN core curriculum and specialty certification standards to evidence‑based care models for each unit.

• Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved registered/professional nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Six months of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; CPR for Professional Rescuer certification with card in hand before start date; certification must remain valid for 60 days after hire.
