Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health/Hospice
Responsibilities- Provide clinical services following agency policies
- Prepare and maintain clinical and progress notes
- Assist physicians and registered nurses with specialized procedures
- Prepare equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic techniques
- Educate patients on self-care techniques
- Active state license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- BLS/BCLS certification
- Proficiency with EMR (Brightree)
- Flexibility for call and holiday coverage
- Strong clinical and patient education skills
