Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized home health and hospice care. You will perform clinical duties, document progress notes, and support physicians and RNs with procedures, while upholding aseptic techniques.
Applicants should hold an active LPN license, BLS/BCLS certification, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with Brightree EMR and a flexible schedule for calls and holidays is preferred.
