This role involves providing direct, high-level patient care in an emergency department setting, including trauma and stroke care, utilizing advanced nursing skills within a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will prioritize evidence-based practices, safety, and patient-centered outcomes, while supporting new staff through precepting and ongoing education.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with clinical standards for emergency and trauma patients.
• Utilize advanced skills and certifications to manage complex cases, including trauma and stroke scenarios.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality care and participate in multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Support ongoing education, competency validation, and clinical excellence.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure and 6 months of nursing experience.
• Certifications including BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Knowledge of trauma and emergency care protocols and evidence-based practices.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
