RN Fellowship - Acute Care Surgery

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting within a surgery department, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Delivering top-of-scope nursing care in high-acuity units
• Prioritizing patient safety, wellness, and evidence-based practices
• Precepting and mentoring new healthcare staff
• Contributing to a secure and quality-focused care environment

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire
