RN Virtual ICU Nights

Role Overview:

This position involves providing top-tier nursing care within a virtual ICU environment, collaborating closely with onsite inpatient teams to monitor patient safety and quality of care.

• Conducting patient monitoring and making clinical recommendations based on data analysis.
• Communicating proactively with onsite staff, including nurses, supervisors, and physicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supporting and guiding clinical education and competency validation during orientation.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and prioritizing patient wellness in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
• Modeling proficiency and precepting new healthcare professionals.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of hire.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality.
