Role Overview
Provides comprehensive direct patient care in a high acuity Med-Surg unit, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesPrioritizes patient wellness, models proficiency through precepting, supports evidence-based practices, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience; ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment.
The position involves working night shifts onsite, with a night shift incentive program.
