Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience

Knowledgeably answer questions about menu items and make recommendations

Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales

Enter orders into the POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) accurately

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Help with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements

Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred

Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Open Table or other reservation systems is a plus

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
