Kitchen Team Member - Littleton Lil' Deli

At Call Your Mother we believe that great food is made even better with amazing service and having fun together. CYM is a neighborhood bagel shop and deli with locations in the DC area and Denver, CO.

Our Kitchen Team Members are an important part of our operations. They are responsible for executing all aspects of kitchen operations to the highest Call Your Mother (CYM) standards. They will use the provided tools and instructions to maintain these standards and continually improve their performance and product output, all while keeping our Values ("VIBES") in mind. They will work with supervisors and managers to maintain an efficient work environment.

• Prepare ingredients, sandwiches, and kitchen equipment fully for each shift.

• Practice all CYM, city, and state food‑safety guidelines.
• Protect yourself and coworkers from illness by following mask, social‑distancing, and health‑reporting rules; do not come to work if you feel sick.
• Complete daily prep tasks (portioning fish, slicing veggies, etc.) as required by location.
• Maintain clean kitchen areas and equipment, including daily duties and weekly deep cleaning.
• Maintain fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes.
• Work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays; closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

• Prior hospitality experience not required; we value diverse backgrounds and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong teamwork, work ethic, and genuine care for the guest experience.

• Starting wage: $18.81/hour, plus an estimated $3‑7/hour in tips for all positions.
