Shoe Palace is a national athletic footwear and apparel retailer. As an Area Manager (AM) you will lead your team to a successful day, ensuring every customer receives the best experience. You will own the location, assist the store manager, evaluate staff performance, and maintain an organized, clean environment.

• Assist the manager in keeping the store operating at a high level.
• Take ownership while managing the location.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach for improvement.
• Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, neat, and organized store.

• 18+ years old.
• Open availability during weekends.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service.
• Dynamic, outgoing leader with strong communication skills.

• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 – $20.00 per hour.
