Job Description

In this role you will lead a fast‑moving, high‑volume store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, store operations, and team development.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high‑quality customer service.

Manage and motivate team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.

Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate financial reporting.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Staff and create work schedules for team members.

Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability.

Maintain a perfect store image and adherence to Domino's standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and foster a customer‑centric environment.

Ensure attendance and punctuality of all team members.

Co‑ordinate transportation arrangements for delivery drivers when necessary.

Implement local marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.

Continuously seek ways to improve store efficiency and profitability.

Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic math and inventory‑control knowledge.

Commitment to following company policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Physical Demands

Typical shift of 8‑10 hours with standing, walking, bending, stooping, and pushing carts.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions such as assembling pizza and cleaning tasks.
Ability to navigate stairs, operate store equipment, and in some cases drive a company vehicle.
