Overview

Gen Stone Inside Sales Representatives are part of a team at Gen Stone, an international faux stone and brick veneer building supply company located in Littleton, CO. Sales team members work directly with end-users and contractors throughout the USA and Canada to provide material takeoffs and design consultations for projects including outdoor kitchens, accent walls, fireplaces, bars and complete siding replacements among many other creative projects.

We advertise on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, HGTV, and the DIY Network. We aim to grow our sales leads as new professionals join the team, and we share experiences and feedback from current team members about the culture and growth of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide material takeoffs and design consultations to end-users and contractors.
  • Engage with leads generated through advertising efforts and manage a high volume of daily interactions.
  • Utilize an auto-dialing system to contact prospects and aim for productive conversations and appointments.
  • Work toward sales targets with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and closing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize the sales process and product offerings.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of phone sales experience required.
  • Energetic presentation skills and a constant positive attitude.
  • Dependable with a commitment to exemplary sales performance.
  • Negotiation skills and excellent closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed; clean background required.
