I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of six. We offer unlimited PTO, group health, dental, and vision insurance, an employer retirement plan with matching contributions, and fun company merch to show our team spirit.
I’ve been serving State Farm customers for over 35 years, including 18 years as an agency owner. Supporting our community is a core part of what we do. We sponsor Chaparral High School Girls’ Soccer and Heritage High School Girls’ Softball teams, and I serve on the business curriculum advisory board at Thomas Jefferson High School, where we’ve hosted interns for the past three years.
Our agency also donates to and supports organizations like the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Kidney Foundation Walk, and We Do Not Waste Food Bank.

ROLE
DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sean Slater - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. Responsibilities- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
