Our Farmers office in 7901 Southpark Plaza, STE 208, Littleton, CO 80120 is hiring a Sales Producer who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow whether you’re new to insurance or already have sales experience.
Training and SupportYou’ll receive a structured onboarding program designed to help you learn:
- Farmers products and sales process
- Customer conversations, needs analysis, and quoting workflows
- Compliance and ethical selling practices
- Ongoing coaching and performance feedback

LicensingInsurance licensing is required for this role. If hired, we will support you in obtaining the necessary licenses based on role requirements.
Common Questions- Do I need insurance experience? No. We’re open to candidates with transferable skills and will train you.

- Will I need a license? Yes. If selected, we will guide you through the licensing process.

What you’ll do
- Connect with prospective clients and identify the right coverage for their needs
- Explain insurance options clearly and professionally (auto, home, and other lines)
- Follow up with leads, manage a sales pipeline, and track activity consistently
- Support existing clients with policy reviews and coverage updates
- Meet individual and team performance goals with coaching support
What makes a successful Farmers Sales Producer?
- A sales or customer-facing background is preferred
- Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed
- Must be tenacious and possess a Hunter Mentality
- Must be solution-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
