Work Schedule:

Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)
Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 per year

Pay Type:

Draw + Commissions, after 60‑day paid training

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features and accessories
• Identify and understand the customer’s needs, preferences and budget, and assist them in selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent or windshield protection
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer
• Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on credit, budget, down payment and trade‑in values
• Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments and respond to Internet leads

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred
• Competitive drive
• Heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to learn and use CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
