RA Brand Sales Rep

Allison Clinical Enterprises – Littleton, CO

Clinical skin care company is looking for a Brand Sales Representative to join the team in Littleton, Colorado. This individual must have a strong background in consultative sales, dedication to learn and master brand or brands, ability to identify target markets and be driven to succeed.

This role would be working directly with aestheticians, physicians (dermatology, plastic surgeons, medical facilities), med spas and other cosmetic/aesthetic businesses.

Responsibilities include providing quality prospecting and consultative services to close partnerships and grow the brand. Ability to develop and execute key strategies, strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, high-energy, and a passion for the aesthetic industry.

Onboarding process will include appropriate training to be able to present the brand and speak intelligently about our philosophy and products. This will include a combination of video-based module training, workbook support, group and one-on-one trainings. Learning how to utilize the CRM system and business procedures. Self-motivation is a must to continue mastering the brand.

This position is a salary plus bonus structure, with the opportunities for significant monetary growth and professional advancement.

• Show an ability to adapt to change, sometimes with short notice

• Like to travel as role progresses could have travel 1x a month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
