Job Description

Program Security Representative (PSR) at the Waterton Canyon facility – “The Gateway to Space.” This role supports multiple missions and customers worldwide by ensuring the security and integrity of classified programs, coordinating with engineering, launch operations, and security teams.

Classified program exposure, early‑career acceleration, and ownership of security operations.

• Conduct security assessments and implement risk‑mitigation strategies for classified projects.
• Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and the broader security team in day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and customer requirements.
• Provide briefings and status updates to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between security, engineering, and launch operations personnel.

• Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling sensitive, classified information.
• Team player who can collaborate across functional groups and influence outcomes.
• Early‑career professional (1–3 years of security‑related experience) or a recent graduate with a relevant degree (e.g., Criminal Justice, International Relations, Information Security).

• Current Top Secret clearance.
• 1–3 years of experience in security or a related field.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Prior security experience (Desired).
• US citizenship required for security clearance.

This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be US citizens.

  9x80 with every other Friday off.
• Annual base salary range for California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280.
• Relocation not available.
• First shift, full‑time.
