Program Security Representative

Job Overview

This Program Security Representative (PSR) will support Theater Strike Weapons Systems at the Deer Creek, CO facility. The role requires Final Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret clearance.

• Interpret and apply the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM rules, government customer directives, and Lockheed Martin policies.
• Maintain security compliance, access lists for all controlled areas, conduct clearance validations, and collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement program‑specific security plans such as OPSEC, PPIP, operating instructions, and end‑of‑day checklists.
• Manage physical security, visitor and document control, classification management, personnel security, and investigations.
• Deliver security briefings, perform self‑inspections, and support the Security Manager in all other required tasks.
• Ensure a fully integrated National Industrial Security Program and maintain ongoing communication with PSRs at all sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of NISPOM.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
• Final Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

• Experience with SIMS Database, IRAD, and COMSEC.
• Experience with SIPRNet and document review for marking accuracy.
• Knowledge of DD Form 254, SCGs, and risk‑management principles.

This position requires U.S. citizenship and a government security clearance. The required level is Top Secret.

Work schedule is 9‑8 work days with every other Friday off.

Annual base salary range: $69,900 – $123,280 (varies by state).
