Program Security Representative  PSR

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Program Security Representative  PSR  at the Waterton Canyon facility - "The Gateway to Space " You will become part of a strong security‑focused team that supports multiple missions and customers worldwide  In this role you will play a key part in the production, launch, and operation of space‑based assets and programs, helping drive success across our global endeavors

About the Role

Classified program exposure:
Work on a variety of classified programs for multiple customers, gaining valuable experience and building a well‑rounded skill set

Early‑career acceleration:

Security ownership:
Ensure the security and integrity of our programs, collaborating closely with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks

What You'll Do

 Conduct security assessments and implement risk‑mitigation strategies for classified projects

 Support the Facility Security Officer  FSO  and the broader security team in day‑to‑day operations

 Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and customer requirements

 Provide briefings and status updates to program leadership and stakeholders

 Serve as a liaison between security, engineering, and launch operations personnel

Who You Are

 Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills

 Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling sensitive, classified information

 Team player who can collaborate across functional groups and influence outcomes

 Early‑career professional  1-3 years of security‑related experience  or a recent graduate with a relevant degree  e g , Criminal Justice, International Relations, Information Security

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 9x80 every other Friday off

** Pay Rate:
