Responsibilities
- Develop, teach, and lead the implementation of asset protection, shortage control, and safety programs.
- Train, mentor, and collaborate with store management and shortage control associates.
- Ensure effective execution and proper implementation of company policies.
- Drive improvements in inventory management and loss prevention.
- Manage investigation of all asset protection incidents and reduce incidents and associated monetary loss.
- 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District and/or Multi-Unit experience.
- Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs.
- Proven ability to successfully resolve incidents.
