Lead Electrician / Service Technician (Commission – $100K–$150K+)

• $25/hour + commission for the first 30 days while you learn our process and build your pipeline.
• Transition to full commission after onboarding period.

Most technicians are fully ramped and producing within 2–4 weeks.

• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions in residential and light commercial environments.
• Prepare and present estimates to customers.
• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage materials and job preparation.
• Lead jobs from start to finish.
• Mentor and guide an apprentice.
• Ensure all work meets code and safety standards.
• Maintain job notes, photos, and documentation.

• 3+ years of electrical experience (residential/service preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers.
• Comfortable presenting options and closing work.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
