Sanders & Johnson, Inc. of Littleton, CO is looking for an experienced, hardworking, trustworthy individual to add to our heating and air conditioning team as our new full‑time Residential HVAC Service Tech
.
- $90k-$150k per year, depending on skills and experience. Plus you have the opportunity to earn SPIFFs, commissions, and bonuses!

In this position, you expertly diagnose, service, and repair forced‑air furnaces, residential heating and air conditioning systems, boilers, ductless mini‑split systems, tanked and tankless hot water heaters. Prior military experience would be a plus! A NATE certification would also be beneficial.
Qualifications- 3+ years of residential service experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must maintain a well‑groomed and professional appearance
- Must have your own basic tools
- 100% honest with the highest degree of personal integrity
