HVAC Helper - Apprentice HVAC Tech

• Install, diagnose, service, and repair cutting‑edge HVAC systems.
• Educate clients about accessories such as hard‑start kits and IAQ systems.
• Generate installation sales leads and foster maintenance agreements.
• Work a flexible yet stable schedule with consistent work‑life balance.

• Solid technical aptitude and basic HVAC knowledge.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and in tight crawl spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude encouraged; EPA certification preferred; NATE certification is a plus but not required.
