CNC Maintenance Technician

Productivity Inc seeks a CNC Maintenance Technician in Grand Junction, CO to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machine tools, automation, and robotics at customer sites and in-house. You'll perform diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, execute preventative maintenance, and minimize downtime on production equipment. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and customers to implement practical improvements, document service activities, and support installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, automation, and robotics
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Support installation, startup, and upgrading of CNC and automation systems
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and customers on productivity improvements
• Document service calls, maintenance activities, and parts usage
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and shop-floor best practices
• Recommend parts, upgrades, and process changes to improve reliability
