School-Based Social Worker - Littleton, Colorado

• Valid licensure as a School Social Worker
• Experience providing social work services within school settings strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of elementary student development and diverse social-emotional needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and administrators
• Ability to provide individualized interventions and group support for students
• Comfortable with flexible, adaptive caseload management in a dynamic environment

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and develop support strategies
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and maintain accurate records per regulatory requirements
• Offer crisis intervention and address challenges such as attendance, behavior, and social adjustment
• Strengthen home-school connections by engaging families in student support plans
• Promote a safe, inclusive school environment where all students can thrive

This position is designed for 20 hours per week, supporting the essential service delivery needs within a welcoming elementary campus. Flexible scheduling may be available. Youll join a collaborative team that values your expertise and impact on students lives.
