This elementary school-based position is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to support service delivery for the duration of a contract, starting as soon as possible and extending through late May 2027. • Valid licensure as a Social Worker, with experience in elementary or school settings strongly preferred
• Understanding of child development and experience providing direct service to diverse student populations
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
• Experience in needs assessment, crisis intervention, and individualized student support planning
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive, and responsive school environments

• Deliver social work services directly to elementary students to support their social-emotional growth and academic success
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administration to develop, implement, and monitor student support plans
• Serve as a resource for students, families, and staff, providing strategies and interventions that promote well-being
• Document services and patient progress in accordance with school procedures and compliance requirements
• Assist in crisis response and provide referrals to community agencies as appropriate
