Job Description

The Erebus Program is a newly awarded 7‑year effort that delivers cutting‑edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA). The program supports over 14,000 analysts and decision makers at 50 distinct locations worldwide. The role involves helping to develop software that will revolutionize the way intelligence is distributed to stakeholders.

In this role, you will be part of a software development Scrum team assisting with software requirements verification, software development, and operational support.

Assist with Scrum processes and System Requirements verification using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in a leadership role (technical lead, project lead, etc.)
• Experience planning and coordinating engineering development efforts in a team‑oriented environment
• Prior experience working in Software Development
• BS in a technical discipline/STEM required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start; must obtain and maintain TS/SCI with a CI Poly. Top Secret clearance and a valid investigation within the past five years are required.

• Experience leading a diverse engineering team
• Geospatial intelligence domain experience
• Geospatial intelligence customer experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong organization skills – ability to prioritize and delegate critical tasks
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner

Onsite Full‑time:
The work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
