Software Engineers - Security Clearance

Overview

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle using the SAFe Agile methodology.
• Develop creative, straightforward solutions to technical and user experience challenges.
• Attend the team’s daily standups, testing, and demos.
• Develop unit tests and maintain code coverage.
• Contribute to architecture decisions.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with Java.
• Agile software development experience.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).

• Machine Learning or Data Analytics experience.
• Experience with XML and/or JSON data schema development.
• Cloud solution knowledge.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Dev Sec Ops  knowledge.

• Associate Engineer (CT7):
  Entry‑level to experienced, typically with an advanced degree and 0 years experience or bachelor’s degree and 0‑2+ years experience or equivalent.
• Engineer 1 (CT8):
  Career level typically with an advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelor’s with 5+ years experience or equivalent.
• Senior Engineer (CT9):
  Emerging authority typically with an advanced degree and 7+ years experience or bachelor’s with 9+ years experience or equivalent; applies extensive expertise.
• Principal Engineer (CT10):
  Expert, authority in discipline typically with an advanced degree and 12+ years experience or bachelor’s with 14+ years experience or equivalent.
• Engineer Consultant (CT11):
  Senior consultant to top management typically with an advanced degree and 18+ years experience or bachelor’s with 20+ years experience or equivalent.

The proposed salary range for these positions in Colorado is $75,000 to $230,000 (CT7 – CT11). Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
