Lockheed Martin seeks a Level 4 Ground Software Engineer with Final Top Secret clearance based in Littleton, CO. You will be part of an Agile team that utilizes Dev Sec Ops , continuous integration and deployment, and modern development tools.

• Design, implement, test, and maintain object‑oriented ground system software using Java, C#, Rust, Angular, and Python.
• Support modernization efforts focused on greater efficiency, security, automation, and scalability.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and test engineers using Agile Development methodology.

Possess Active Top Secret clearance with adjudicated SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) before starting employment.

• Deep software development and engineering background with successful project delivery.
• Experience developing ground subsystems.
• Cloud/containerization experience and understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
• Experience developing microservices.
• Expertise in Scaled Agile development with excellent communication skills.
• Current TS clearance prior to start and ability to obtain SCI.

• Experience with Java, C#, Rust, Python, Apache Kafka, Active
  
  MQ, ELK/Open Search, Postgre
  
  SQL, Redis, Helm, Kubernetes, Git, User‑Friendly version control.
• Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops  pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile Frameworks and CI/CD, regression testing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience delivering reliable communications/ground subsystems.

This position requires a government security clearance; US citizenship is required.

Annual base salary range (California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, DC): $113,900 – $200,905.
